five in day :-)

Salam dosto,
umeed he ap sab log kheriat se honge.
ap logon ne yeh to zaroor suna hoga k
an apple a day keeps a doctor away.
or shaid yeh bhi suna ho k
five of day, matlab ager din me panch fruit ya vegitables kha li jain to insan healthy rehta hay. Is plate k bare me kia khayal he apka....??
Kai log batate hain k ager gher me fruit la k rakha jaye to koi nahi khata khud se le k. yahan tak k woh kharab ho jata he or phenkna parta he.
lekin is k baraks ager different fruits kat k plate me rakh diye jain table pe to woh khaye jate hain. Her koi ate jate aik do bites le leta he. khas kar ager gher me bache hon to yeh tarkeeb bohat karamad rehti hay. bachon ko mehsos bhi nahi hota or woh fruits wagera aram se kha jate hain.
ap beshak aik tajarba kar k deakh lain.aik plate me different fruits kat k rakhain or aik bowl me chocolates. dono ko table pe sath sath rakh dain. phir deakhain k jaldi konsi chiz khai jati hay :-)
apna bohat khayal rakhye ga. Inshaallah phir bat hogi.
